2012 Annual Assessment

Your Board of Directors recently met and approved your operating budget for 2012. We are happy to announce that the 2012 monthly assessment will remain the same at $146.00 each month. Your 2012 assessment will due on the first (1st) of each month and will be considered late after the thirtieth (30th) of the month.
