With all the heavy and frequent rains we have been experiencing, we would like to take a moment of time to remind you that if you or your tenant experience a roof leak, please contact our CMG office immediately.The roofs in the Community are the responsibility of the Association and without us being immediately informed by a homeowner, we cannot attend to these issues in a timely manner and help prevent damage to your unit.
