Your Board of Directors recently met and approved your operating budget for 2011. We are happy to announce that the assessment amount for 2011 will remain at $146.00 per month.
Please remember that assessments are due on the first (1st) of each month, and considered late after the thirtieth (30th) of each month.
Your 2011 coupon booklet has been ordered and you should receive it in time to pay your January assessment. If for any reason you do not receive your booklet by the end of December, please notify us immediately.
