We are happy to announce that all the trashcans in the Community have been marked with the corresponding property address. This will help alleviate any confusion in the future when conducting routine inspections of the Community.
As a reminder, trashcans must be stored in the back of your unit, or behind an approved trash enclosure (privacy screen or natural evergreen plant screen). Failure to follow these guidelines may result in fines on your account, so we ask that you please comply with this rule at all times. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
