Next week the Association will be sending out notices regarding the marking of all trashcans in the Community with the corresponding property address. This will help alleviate any confusion in the future when conducting routine inspections of the Community.
As a reminder, trashcans must be stored in the back of your unit, or behind an approved trash enclosure. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in fines on your account, so we ask that you please comply with this rule at all times. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
