We are happy to announce that the 2010 Island Club II Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 17th at 6:00 pm at the Beresford Creek Landing Clubhouse. You should have received your Annual Meeting mailing last week. We ask that you please review the documents provided and send back your completed proxy to our Community Management Group office as soon as possible.
On a separate note, we would like to remind you to keep the drain lines clear to your HVAC systems. We suggest a wet-vac method on the lines, or the consistent use of bleach tabs in the “P-trap.” Consistent maintenance of your unit will not only help prolong its life, but help protect you from mold and damage related to these clogs.
